What hasn't Jay-Z retired from? It was announced Monday that he would be stepping down as president of Def Jam effective Jan. 1. I guess he feels the need to announce every step he takes and calls it "retiring".....He's in his late thirties thinking he can retire from the world. Go ahead Jay.
