New Retirement Plan

What hasn't Jay-Z retired from? It was announced Monday that he would be stepping down as president of Def Jam effective Jan. 1. I guess he feels the need to announce every step he takes and calls it "retiring".....He's in his late thirties thinking he can retire from the world. Go ahead Jay. They say life really begins once retirement starts, so go on and party in your retirement community; with the rest of the retirees.

Another Spear Knocked Up

Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old Zoey 101 star and sister of Britney, told OK! magazine that she's pregnant and that the father is her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge. She is definitely taking after her sister's wreckless behavior. Her career has just begun, and is now a bad role model to thousands of kids who watch her on Nickelodeon. On the upside for Jamie, she still looks like a saint compare to older sister Brit. Way to go Jamie.

Lupe Fiasco "The Cool"

For all of you who don't know as of yet, Lupe is dropping his second album called " The Cool." It is due out on December 18th in the United States. The album features production from Soundtrak, Unkle, and Patrick Stump, among others. Guest appearances include most notably Snoop Dog and Mathew Santos. This album should be nothing less the fly. Lupe Fiasco is also telling Billboard.com that he, Kanye and Pharrell Williams are looking to do an entire album as CRS. That would be something else.

Glow-in-the-Dark Cats-Upcoming Rave Craze

The scientists over in Korea have officially created cloned glow-in-the-dark cats. They're not sure if they are soon to be house pets because they are illegal in some countries but i definitely want about 6 of these. Who cares about radioactive UV cancer when you can through a rave with strobe lights and these awesome cats. They're gonna be the new craze with all the LSD and E kids at the clubs, doing figure-eights with cats instead of glowsticks....

FatBurger in NYC

FatBurger, originally founded in Los Angeles, will be opening three stores in New York City. The report came out at the beginning of the year, but new rumors swirl that the shops will open in the beginning of 2008. The first store will at 189 Bleecker Street in the village. Pharrell is a partner in bringing the franchise to NY and will be making people over-weight and high cholesteroled all over the city, if their not already. Good Looking Pharrell. Hopefully Pharrell will help the design the restaurant and it will be designed creatively like the BBC/Ice Cream shop. I'm hoping for glass see-through floors or giant Hamburgers next to tiny Ice Cream cones.

CoMiC MOviEs!!!

Iron Man starring Robert Downey Jr. will open May 2nd, 2008. Peep the trailer on YouTube. This is a definitely a must see. Finally a costume that actually looks good, like we all remember from the comic books. Enough of that spandex shit. Hulk 2 will open June 13, 2008 and will be a reboot. Even though the first one wasn't to great, supposedly the gray Hulk will emerge in this one. And gray hulk is so much more badass than green Hulk. Punisher War Zone. No super human powers and yet kicks serious ass. The villain and archenemy of the Punisher will be Jigsaw in this reboot. Second reboot in 2008 so far, 1st Punisher was solid, a lot of people aren't showing any love as of yet. We will see, supposely coming out in September. The Dark Night. What every one's been waiting for....word is that Harvey Dent, a.k.a. Two Face, will also be making an appearance with The Dark Knight. Opens July 18th, 2008. Speed Racer. The masterminds behind the 'Matrix' bring the beloved '60s anime cartoon to life on the big screen. It remind me of the Jetsons x Nascar. What ever happen to Jetsons, I vote to have them back on the air. Watch the trailer on YouTube. In theaters May 9th, 2008. Hellboy II. If you ain't up on it, the 1st Hellboy was pretty damn good. Guillermo del Torro and Mike Mignola say they focused more on folklore and fairy tales, rather than the more pulp elements of the first film. So get ready to see some pretty dope graphics.

I feel like this little guy didn't get the credit he deserved. He died on November 22 at age 14 and it was hardly posted on any blogs at the time. He's won the Ugliest Dog Competition for three years now and its time to pay homage. Go ahead Sam, get your shine on.
